Aerial Dance Retreat

Our 6 day aerial retreat is the perfect balance of work and play! Enjoy the beautiful beaches and colorful culture of South India without losing your strength. We will offer a fun schedule starting with an active flexibility warm up, followed by an aerial workshop, focusing on different aerial apparatus depending on your preference including aerial silks, aerial hoop, rope and/or hammock, and an afternoon aerial creative class focusing on exploring movement, quality, and act creation. Giving you lots of time to explore, relax, and enjoy beautiful South Goa. The circus space will be available for open training for those wanting to train more. We will also do fun group activities including a dolphin boat trip, group dinners on the beach and more. We can offer private classes, book additional trips or excursions during your holiday, organise a photoshoot, and assist you to choose your adventure and create your ideal retreat based on your wants and needs. 

There will be a show organised for the weekend and anyone who is interested in performing is welcome to join in and we will help coach anyone who has a act in process or has never performed before.

This event is created for aerialists with one year of previous experienc. We ask that everyone who comes can already climb silks, invert, and has a basic vocabulary in the air. Our dedicated instructor April Ananda Bliss has a wide range of experience on many different apparatus including aerial silks, rope, hoop, and trapeze, and is able to coach any level. The workshop will have a very limited amount of participants in order to cater to the mixed levels and apparatus of the week and people will work at their own pace, choose hard training or more relaxed creative explorations.

The price for our aerial holidays are Shared 20,000rs/Single 25,000 rs/ Dorm bed 16500rs and includes 6 nights accommodation, 6 days of aerial classes, one excursion, 2 delicious healthy meals per day. Airport pick up/drop off can be organized by us and costs approx 2000rs each way.
