Bliss Circus is a magical training space located in the beach side jungle of South Goa!
Home to monkeys of all kinds, including circus artists who come to pass the winter in the sunny tropical location. Bliss offers intensive classes, workshops, and retreats mostly in the aerial domain, they also host artist residencies, and produce exciting shows! Open from November until March, this is a fabulous place to spend time and improve your circus skills, meet up with other artists, participate in shows, and play on the beach! They boast an 8-meter high training space for aerial with an abundance of apparatus choices,
They work in collaboration with Bhakti kutir to provide eco-resort accommodation and a fabulous vegetarian restaurant.
Good thing that circus artists are so flexible! We are gearing up for a very different sort of circus season right now with international borders shut, no tourist visas being given, and so much uncertainty with international travel! We have been operating as a centre for circus trainings for students around the world, but it looks like we will be operating for people in India this year, which is inspiring us to create a whole new concept that we have never offered before! For now our international events are all postponed but if you are lucky enough to already be here then we have some great new offerings for circus learning, creating and performing!
Introducing the brand new.....
Circus Immersion Experience!
Join us for a weekly based circus immersion with our talented team of instructors teaching a range of circus skills!
Open to students at every level from absolute beginners to advanced artists, we will give people the opportunity to train circus both in the air and on the ground, which will culminate with a chance to jump on our stage!
The program will be weekly based, Sunday to Sunday, so students can come for as many weeks as they like, the longer you come, the more you will learn. The schedule will be based around the demand of the students who can choose from aerial based learning including aerial hammock, trapeze, hoop, silks, rope, harness work and more! The can also focus their time more on the ground with juggling, prop manipulation, fire dancing, partner acrobatics, and dance.
We are also offering a train-cation, which is a blend of aerial training for people who already are learning aerial on November 25-29 with talented instructor Dasha Fogel.
We will also be offering a mini training camp, during the timeframe that the training camp was originally planned. It will be a 6 day intensive from Feb 1-7th for intermediate aerialists.
